1. Mandatory Camera Access:
    Students must keep their cameras turned on throughout the session. This helps maintain active participation and ensures better interaction with the instructor.
  2. Platform for Sessions:
    All classes and workshops are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet. Students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and the relevant app installed before the session.
  3. Timely Joining:
    Students are required to join the session exactly 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Early or late entries may not be allowed to avoid disruptions.
  4. Limited Seats Policy:
    Each session has limited seats to maintain quality interaction and attention. Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment confirmation.
  5. Feedback and Review Requirement:
    At the end of every session, students must provide a minimum of 2–3 short feedback points. These may be recorded (audio/video/text) and used for future reference or promotional purposes.
  6. Respectful Conduct:
    All students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
  7. No Sharing of Course Content:
    Any unauthorized sharing, recording, or distribution of the course material, session links, or resources is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
